That with respect to Confidential Report C2024-1371, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: Receive this report for the Corporate Record; Adopt the Confidential Recommendation contained in the Confidential Distribution; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions, Report, Attachments, and Confidential Distribution be held confidential pursuant to Sections 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations), 24 (Advice from officials), 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body), and 27 (Privileged information) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act ;until such time as all relevant agreements related to the Prairie Economic Gateway initiative have been authorized, fully executed, and delivered, to the satisfaction of The City, to be reviewed by 2030 December 31.
