That with respect to Confidential Report IGA2025-0823, the following be approved: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee: ; Forward this report and budget request to the November 2026 budget adjustments for Council's consideration; That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council: Adopt Confidential Recommendations 1-2 contained in the Confidential Report; Direct consideration of further budget requirement for the work in the prioritization of investments in future Service Plans and Budget; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions, presentation, recommendations, cover report and attachments remain confidential pursuant to Sections 26 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations), and 29 (Advice from officials), of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2035 September 4.
