That with respect to Report C2024-1097, the following Motion Arising be adopted: That Council request the Mayor write a letter to request that Municipal Affairs waive Section 358.1 of the Municipal Government Act until Calgary's residential / non-residential assessment ratio returns to balance, thus avoiding tax shift measures to stay below the 5:1 maximum tax rate ratio. ;
