That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2024-1192, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: Adopt the Confidential Recommendations ;contained in the Revised Confidential Distribution; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussion, Confidential Distribution and Revised Confidential Distribution be kept confidential pursuant to Sections 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party), 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 19 (Confidential Evaluations), 24 (Advice from officials) and 27 (Privileged information) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Alberta), to be reviewed by 2025 ;January 31.
