That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2025-0115, the following be adopted: That Council: Adopt Confidential Recommendation 1 contained in the Confidential Presentation; Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and Confidential Presentation remain confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2027 January 27; and Notwithstanding Recommendation 2, permit Administration to share the information when and as needed and as necessary.
