That with respect to Report C2025-0243, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: ; Appoint one Public Member to Silvera for Seniors board of directors for the term outlined in Confidential Attachment 2; Direct that the Public Member appointment to Silvera for Seniors be released publicly following applicant notification by Silvera for Seniors, no later than end of day Friday, 2025 March 21; Thank the resigning member, Salima Shivji, for her service as a Public Member appointment to the Silvera for Seniors board of directors; and Direct that Confidential Attachments 2 and 3 and selection materials related to this report remain confidential pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 19 (Confidential evaluations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. ;
