That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2024-1327, the following be adopted, as amended: That Council: Request that the Working Group convey that The City will continue negotiating the Provinces proposed alignment if the Province is willing to commit to sharing delivery risk, and cost overrun liability, recognizing that there is far greater risk associated with downtown delivery versus the southeast delivery;
