That with respect to Confidential Report C2024-1098, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: 4. Direct that the Cover Report and Attachments 1, 2, Revised Attachment 3, 4, 5, and 7 be held confidential pursuant to Section 23 (Local public body confidences) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be released publicly when Council rises and reports; and
