That with respect to Report CD2025-0434, the following be adopted: That Council: Gives three readings to Proposed Bylaw 26M2025 to amend the Parks and Pathways Bylaw (Attachment 2); and Rescind the Enhanced Maintenance Infrastructure Agreements Policy (CSPS007).
