That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2024-1030, the following be adopted: That Council: Adopt the Confidential Recommendation 1 contained in the Confidential Presentation; Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions, Confidential Recommendations, and Confidential Presentation be held confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2026 September 16; and Notwithstanding Recommendation 2, permit Administration to share the information when and as needed and as necessary.
