That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2025-0888, the following be adopted: That Council direct: That the Chief Human Resource Officer work with Sohail Thaker of Sia Partners to negotiate a contract extension until 2026 October 31 to act as Council's Advisor for Chief Administration Officer and City Auditor performance management process; and That the Closed Meeting discussions and Confidential distributions be held confidential pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 22 (Confidential evaluations) of the Access to Information Act.
