That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2024-1114, the following be adopted: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct Administration to prepare a Non-Profit Method of Disposition Report as approved through Report UCS2018-0912, Proposed Framework Transacting with Non-Profit Organizations and Charities below Market Value, and report back to Council through the Infrastructure and Planning Committee no later than Q2 2025.
