That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2025-0646, the following amendment be adopted: That the NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED clauses be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following: "NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct Administration to: Request Alberta Municipalities to come present the findings of the Municipal Financial research to Council and continue to provide Alberta Municipalities with information for ongoing research. Commencing as part of the 2026 budget adjustments, indicate clearly in report materials, if applicable, if the funding request is resulting from any requirements of or resulting from another order of government including but not limited to loss of funding, part of a shared or supportive responsibility in partnership, or as part of matching funding program, with another order of government.
