That with respect to Report C2024-1097, the following amendment be adopted: That a new Recommendation be inserted, as follows, and that all Recommendations be renumbered accordingly if necessary: Allocate $2,500,000 in capital budget in 2025 for parks and playground amenities upgrades (Parks & Open Spaces Budget ID P500_006), funded from the Reserve for Future Capital.
