That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2025-0245, the following be adopted: That Council direct that the Closed Meeting discussions be held confidential pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
