That with respect to Report C2025-0185, the following be adopted, as amended: That Council: Approve the plan for the 2025 November Adjustments to the 2023-2026 Service Plans and Budgets on slide 4 of Attachment 1, accomplishing the features on slide 5 of Attachment 1;
