That Bylaw 42M2025 be amended, as follows: By deleting Section 82 in its entirety and replacing it with: Meetings must recess without a motion being required for the periods stipulated below, which can be modified by Unanimous Consent or by a Majority Vote when desired: ; ; (a) ; ; ; Council meeting recesses: for 75 minutes at 12:00 noon; and for 30 minutes at 3:15 p.m. ; ; ; ; ; ; ;(b) ; ; ; Council Committee recesses: for 60 minutes at 12:00 noon; and for 30 minutes at 3:15 p.m. in Section 83, by deleting the words must recess at 9:30 p.m. and inserting the words must recess at 6:00 p.m. in their place; in Section 84, by deleting the words recess at 9:30 p.m. and inserting the words recess at 6:00 p.m. in their place; and In Section 85, by deleting the words shall reconvene at 1:00 p.m. and inserting the words shall reconvene at 9:30 a.m. in their place.
