That with respect to Confidential Report C2024-0859, the following be adopted, ;after amendment: That Council: Direct that the Revised Report, Distribution, Attachments 1, 5, 6, 8, and Revised Attachments 2, 3, 4 and Revised #2 Attachment 9 be released publicly when Council rises and reports; and Direct that Confidential Attachment 7 and all other Attachments related to Confidential Report C2024-0859 be held confidential pursuant to Section 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed no later than 2026 December 31;
