That with respect to Confidential Report C2025-0863, the following be adopted: That Council: Adopt Confidential Recommendation 1 contained in Confidential Report C2025-0863; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions, Report, and Attachments be held confidential pursuant to Sections 28 (Local public body confidences) and 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2026 September 17.
