That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2025-0649, the following be adopted, after amendment: NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED that Council direct administration to ;prepare amendments to ;the Land Use Bylaw by: Removing the reference to the Court of Appeals in the direction to withhold the release of a development permit.
