That with respect to Report C2025-0882, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: Appoint the Director, Law as the second Head of Local Public Body pursuant to section 98 of the Access to Information Act; and Give three readings to the proposed bylaw 49M2025 to amend the City Clerk Bylaw 73M94.
