That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2024-1071, the following be adopted: That Council direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and Confidential Presentation be held confidential pursuant to Section 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2024 December 31.
