That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report IGA2024-0995, the following be approved: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee: Forward this Confidential Presentation and Confidential Distributions to the 2024 September 10 Public Hearing Meeting of Council; and That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council: Approve Recommendations 2, 3, and 4 contained in the Confidential Presentation; and Direct that the Confidential Presentation, Confidential Distributions, and Closed Meeting discussions be held confidential pursuant to Sections 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2034 September 5.
